Some years in Spring the trees lining the road up to Sandia Crest bloom with New Mexico Locust and other years not so much!
This was painted on 29x41 Arches heavy paper with acrylic paint, varnished, then mounted on a 36x48 canvas. It hangs on the wall with wire. I experimented with mounting the large painting so it doesn't have to be framed using plexiglas or glass and I am very pleased with the way it came out.
